In summer, the sun sets very late in the day. Today, sunset was after nine o'clock. The day was too hot for me, but I felt more comfortable at dusk. The dew was beginning to fall underfoot. The grandchildren didn't want to go to bed. Look at the moon, Granny! The air was very clear and the moon was low in the sky. We could see that the moon is not smooth. With the sun shining from the west, to the left, we could see lots of bumps and lots of dents. It's not a full moon - that will be in one week. Some people plant seeds before a full moon (and not after). I don't have any seed, but I have some small plants. And I have some (green) tomatoes and cucumbers growing in the porch. Will they ripen soon? The tomatoes are very round and smooth - without too many bumps and dents.
