Today I
did remember to write my blog before going to bed. As a matter of fact, it is
before eating dinner. There's still light in the sky. The colour of the sky is off-white,
full of clouds, full of rain. There are lots of white flowers in the garden, e.g.
daisies. A full moon, a "Flower
Moon", is approaching, tonight or tomorrow, but we won't see it this
evening. It is close to the Earth, so it should look big - a "super
moon". Somewhere, people will see a lunar eclipse as well. The Earth's
shadow will pass over the moon and it will be red, blood-red - a "blood
moon". A big, blood-red moon - but perhaps we will see nothing in
Cornwall. Rod Lyon saw the moon several nights ago, and took some clear photos
through a big telescope in an observatory.
