The Jet Stream is in the wrong place. For that reason, the weather is all wrong. It is more like March than May. It's very windy. It's not a good day to be by the sea. Look at the surf in the distance, foaming white. I can't see the horizon - the sea and sky are both the same grey - but there are plenty of waves crashing on the beach and being blown by the wind. There are no aircraft in the sky today - it's not suitable weather for flying. My brother-in-law likes flying on a lovely day (with a single wing and an engine). He took this photo of St Ives. You can see The Island and two beaches. He has a "drone" as well. Sometimes he can't fly himself, but he can still take photos from the air. Behold Kenwyn Church. This is not the accustomed view.  And neither did I ever see this view of Truro Cathedral before.
