It was a very windy night last night. The children's slide fell sideways in the wind and other things were blown around. It can stay there. It could fall over again. What did the birds do in the night, in the wind? They are waiting on an electricity line for food. I have old cat food to throw out. Then they swoop fast – big birds – magpies and jackdaws. Indoors there are other things to do. There is a Christmas tree to decorate with baubles, garlands and lights. There is no angel or fairy for the tree, but I found an old doll with a pretty dress.
