What a beautiful day it was today! The sun shone and there was no wind at all. Look at this calm sea. There were no big waves. There were only little ripples. I saw a big toadstool in the hedge and lots of blackberries. I wouldn't like to eat them. The berries are sour and bitter now, and the toadstool - who knows? There was good food for bees - the ivy flowers were lively with them, buzzing and humming. They don't like red honeysuckle berries. They are beautiful, but there were no insects on them. I don't like them either. I like red berries on holly - Christmas is coming!
