There was awful weather again, therefore I didn’t go out. I haven’t seen the writers’ group in Falmouth for a long time, but today we had a conversation on Zoom. Unfortunately, some of them didn’t know how to do it. So, we couldn’t speak to them. No matter, it’s better for me than travelling by public transport. Tam hasn’t written anything recently. She is busy scraping barnacles off the hull of her boat. (It is on land, in the boat yard, for the winter.) Peter is writing about a little airfield in the War. Warren is re-reading and revising his big book. It’s a family saga – a long story. Angie has a new magic book – “The Enchanter’s Child”. It has a beautiful cover. There will be a second book in February. Susie has a new book too – another book for children. It’s called “The School for Nobodies”. I should write faster.
