What a busy day! There was a Forum for the Cornish language in the morning and a children's party after that. Now I'm tired. We all met in the new Cornwall Centre for the Forum. It's a splendid building now – the old Redruth brewery in the past. Old and new are mixed. There's a small exhibition about interesting and important people in Cornwall. We were in a big room and the chairwoman was the Grand Bard, Elizabeth Carne. There's money for the language from the government. It's very late and we have to use it before next April. There are many things to do and we do not want to lose the money. There will be several enjoyable events in the Cornish language. The afternoon was more noisy – lots of children running about and screaming, music and a pump for blowing up a huge castle made of rubber. There had to be food, of course, and a cake with candles - six candles (or more).
