The packages did come in the afternoon - three big boxes, filled
with 5kg hay in each one, two other boxes with 41/2 kg
food pellets for rabbits and guinea pigs, and little bags of dry meadow flowers
and herbs. The animals will not starve for a while! I didn't take boring
photos. Today there was an envelope for me. I'm happy. We have a friend in New Zealand.
She understands my love of languages, wildlife and art. She has sent a calendar
combining them all - drawings of native birds and plants, with their Maori
names. I like the pretty postage stamps, too. We have other calendars with
lovely photos of scenery. My husband can use them.
