The weather can change very quickly. Yesterday we had a beautiful sunny day and we walked around the garden with our friends and she admired my deep blue hydrangea. Last night the sky was very clear and I could see a big half moon just above the trees towards the south-west. Towards the north-west were the remains of the sunset – red-tinted cloud streaks. Red sky at night, shepherds delight! False! Today it rains. There was a very feeble rainbow on the dunes and we could not see the far end of the beach.
