I have a cough, and I still can't speak very well. What's the matter with me? Bronchitis, laryngitis, perhaps a bit of asthma as well. Who knows? Perhaps I need some new medicine. A drop of brandy would be nice!

The first person singular personal pronoun can be my or vy when written separately.
The personal pronoun can also be added on to the verb, rather than written separately:
e.g. thom or thoma I am
(present descriptive) less emphatic than tho vy
theram or therama I am
(present locative) less emphatic than thera vy
thom or thoma I am
(imperfect descriptive) less emphatic than tho vy
theram or therama I am
(imperfect locative) less emphatic than thera vy
vedham or vedhama I will be
(future) less emphatic than vedha vy
veuma I was (preterite) less emphatic than veu vy
Use “vy” after a noun to indicate/emphasise possession, e.g.
an broder vy my brother
ow broder vy my brother
My a wel ow broder vy pub Sül. I see my brother every Sunday.
ow hei my dog
an kei vy my dog
ow hei vy my dog
My a gar ow hei vy. I love my dog.
We will look at other persons later.
