There is no limit to bad luck, so it seems.
Am I pessimistic? Mishaps come in threes, but I have had more than three disasters
already. What is the problem today? Our daughter is ill and she can't collect
her children. I must entertain them. We played hangman many times, and chess
and cards. What do sick children like to eat? Perhaps a few grapes. But that
was not a very good idea. Eleven o'clock, the little boy was sick again. That
means more bedclothes and clothes for the washing machine tomorrow.
