Do you like cycling. When I was young, I cycled many miles with my friends. Unfortunately, I can no longer ride a bike. I cannot balance - I could overbalance and fall down! I never raced and I did not ride across rough terrain, over obstacles, or down steep slopes either. You could watch all of those in the Paralympic Games. You haven't caught them? Be sure to watch the Tour of Britain on Sunday. The first stage is in Cornwall, 180km from Penzance to Bodmin. Parts of the route are in hilly country. There are category three hill climbs - these can be as short as 1km but very steep (gradient 10%) or as long as 10km but less steep (gradient 5%). Will there be crowds of spectators in the streets of the towns? They should wear masks or visors this year.
