Is there a beach nearby? Children like playing in water and they like digging the sand and building sandcastles. The sea is too dangerous for small children, but they can play in a little river. It was low tide in the afternoon, therefore the water wasn’t deep. Children love being buried in sand. (I don’t know what for!) The baby found his young aunt’s toes fascinating. The baby likes eating – and fathers and grandfathers like going to the pub and watching rugby on the TV.
