Are you near Padstow today? Are you going there this week? You could see an art exhibition. There are many exceedingly good pictures. There are some framed images hanging on the walls and there are some more set on small easels. Most of the pictures are painted on paper or canvas. There is a little bowl made of wood and some works in glass. Not all the pictures are framed and they are in browsers. There are cards as well, in a rack. And what are the subjects? You can see the sea with waves, the coast with rocks and engine houses, harbours, lighthouses and the beach. There are landscapes with rivers, waterfalls, streams and bridges. I see some places I recognise; St Ives, St Michael’s Mount and Truro. Flowers and animals can be seen as well; a fish, a cow and a leopard.
