I'm lost without a camera. I must be organised and buy a new one. I don't like taking photos with a phone (I'm not very skilled). There's a wonderful full moon tonight, sadly. Fortunately, my daughter has sent me some photos of her jaunt to the wildlife sanctuary yesterday. The children were wide-eyed with wonder in the Jungle Barn. And they slipped and laughed on the rainbow slide. And what bliss, playing with balls over air jets, with flying hair!

What a sweet pussycat this is! But she is not an amiable kitten. She's a grumpy old cat. There is menace in her eye. Butter wouldn't melt in her mouth. You are misled by that pretty face. Mind out! One more manic day! I need to pause and relax. Perhaps I ought to learn yoga. That is good for relieving the body of stresses, it seems. What is the correct start? Can I stand on one foot without falling? I could try the tree posture. Could I balance on my neck? I couldn't. I won't try to be a plough. Can I sit with crossed legs - one leg placed over the other? Certainly not. I am not a water-lily. Could my back bend or is it too stiff? Snake pose and cat pose are not for me. I'll boil the kettle and make a drop of tea.
