A day without rain! Wonderful! I could do the laundry (wash clothes) and dry it (them) in the garden (almost). I walked to the bus without an umbrella and with dry feet. There was an art demonstration by Susie Chaikin in Truro. She is very impressed by the work women do in South America and Mexico. She likes the art of frida Kahlo. She makes images with fabric and stitching, or with mosaic work of crockery and glass. Her works are very full of colour.
