The day in Camborne yesterday was full of noise, steam engines and bands. Today in Perranzabuloe there is different noise. Our neighbour's chickens are excited. One of them has laid an egg. A magpie is arguing with some rooks. Our dog barks at some walkers. A robin is singing in a hedge. My husband took photos yesterday of big things. Today, I am looking very closely at small things. Are these eggs? What will they be? Perhaps, they'll be caterpillars. I will look again tomorrow. There are lots of buds still; flowers, bluebells, sorrel or dock. This wild bee loves a bluebell.
