I am not very energetic today! The weather is boring today. I walked for my health but I feel ill. Perhaps I've eaten something that didn't agree with me. But Christmas is coming and I should decorate the house. I found a box with an old Christmas tree in a shed, with lots of baubles. Unfortunately, I had to throw some baubles away. The "golden" ones had turned green. They are mouldy as well. They are not truly gold - they are coloured with copper. A chemical reaction made copper carbonate "verdigris". It's the same colour as "malachite", but it's not so beautiful. The tree isn't real either. It's cheap iron and plastic - and I had to build it. The decorations will have to wait until tomorrow. It will look lovely from a distance - and nobody is coming close.
