It’s the second day of meteorological winter and our total lockdown has ended (for the time being). Shops for non-essential things are open again. Will people go off their heads? Many newspapers are writing about buyers who want to get bargains and things for Christmas. Tradesmen and tradeswomen would like to sell their wares. It’s Wild Wednesday. I didn’t go shopping today, I don’t need anything. But I had to give my blood pressure monitor back, so we had a lovely walk on the beach. That was a wonderful real Wild Wednesday. We were not all alone today. The women of this village are magnificent. They are intrepid. Here they are advancing to the sea. The swimming pool in the rock is too small for them.
