Nag ew an pow adro dison, whath na e'n nos. Mar nag eus son kerry my ell clowes an mor en pellder, pelha avel an menedh, ha'n gwens e'n gwedh hir. Terweythyow ma oula (po dew oula dihaval aga levow). En gordhûher my ell gweles dew eskelly-grehen ow neyja adro. Na ell ow scovornow cachya aga son - re ûhel ew. En termyn an jedh, leun ew an ayr a levow erel - edhyn brâs ha bian. Nag eus levow wheg dhe'n briny tre cavalek.

The countryside around is not noiseless, not even in the night. If there is no traffic noise I can hear the sea in the distance, beyond the hill, and the wind in the tall trees. Sometimes there is an owl (or two owls with different voices). In the evening I can see two bats flying around. My ears can't catch their noise - it is too high. In the daytime. the air is full of other voices - birds large and small. The quarrelsome rooks do not have sweet voices.
