The day was too hot for me today, so we walked in the evening, eight o'clock. All the church bells were ringing, practising perhaps. The sun was setting in the west, with a red sky, but the seaside in the north was hidden by fog. Will a badger come here later, through the hedge, and eat these blackberries?
