Do not drink too much
But drink for your thirst;

Will keep a body in health.
Although the spelling is obsolete, the advice about health is still good for the modern day. We have more advice about health from the BBC: “Be creative!” they said.
Is preparing food creative enough? I made a fresh fruit salad, with lots of colours, and I put it in a beautiful glass bowl. Was that good for me? Eating some of it will most certainly be good for me. I baked three pasties and two apple pies as well. Here they are in the oven, ready to be baked. Don’t eat too much tomorrow!
