We should take some exercise every day for our health. That is advice given to us. Are you healthy? Do you take enough exercise yourself? I try to walk every day, but sometimes it is difficult. The weather is not always good. Today we caught a heavy shower. Then there was sun again! We have to stoop in this footpath, the trees are too low – and they bend themselves more and more every day. We took shelter under a tree by the church. It still has lots of leaves on it, in spite of the wind. We looked at the rough sea and went home again. And tomorrow the weather will be worse not better!
