There was a partial lunar eclipse last night at about half past ten. I didn't see it at first because it was low in the sky. “It will be a half-blood thunder moon,” they said. The moon was red but the trees were blocking my view. It's hard taking a photo of the moon. I do not have a tripod and my hand shakes. I have to lean against the fence or a window. Fortunately there are splendid images on the internet.  Here's the moon by Goonhilly. Take care old woman! Don't walk around in the dark. Curses! I stumbled. Now I have a bad knee, shin and elbow as well as bad photos.
