The arrival of summer brings joy. In June the sky is wide open! Our mood improves. We are happy to see the sun, the moon and the stars. We see beauty. Here's the Full Strawberry Moon (by Paul Crome). There are beautiful flowers, many colours. Summer brings bright red poppies. There's something else red, too. Too much sun can turn skin red, and cause other damage to it. Sadly! Perhaps there's another disadvantage. Without rain there's a lot of dust. The wind can stir up a little whirlwind called a "dust devil".
