There is demolition and construction everywhere. Sometimes great destruction is needed before starting to build new walls. Big machines are needed to do all the work. There are not enough people (or time) for manual work. There is still work to do in Truro. Yet a machine company is undone. It has money trouble. Cornwall Council must give ten million pounds for the construction in Truro too. Will the plan be finished in my lifetime? I should like to live in Truro.
