Yesterday, we had rain all day, and I needed to be dressed in a waterproof coat for walking the dog. The hairy dog doesn't need to be dressed in waterproof clothes, because his thick hair is waterproof already. We were not in danger, because there were no waves. I was not nervous. I am happy I was not on that train. The sea-shore was battered by big waves. There was water by my front door. My step disappeared. The water has gone today and the step is coated in silt and the cat's footprints.
