Can you think of the world without colour? Many animals can't see colours, I believe. A red rag to a bull is nonsense! But bees can see colours (but they don't see red). They see ultraviolet too. There are some marks on flowers leading to the nectar. We like red flowers. There's a red rose bush near the church and I had one red rose in my garden. However, Cornwall is not the best place for growing red roses.
