Do you like sport? There are lots of sports to be seen in the summer that are not suitable for winter. Rowing on rivers and sailing on the sea is better in summer. There's too much wind and rain in winter. People like watching races. Sometimes it is an opportunity for spectators to dress in fine clothes. But often there are no regulations.
