I like links between things. I have two books called “Life”. There are 36 years between the first and the second. The link is my friend Jackie. The first “Life” was a present from her parents and the second “Life, An Unauthorised Biography” was written by her husband. There is another link as well. With her publishing company I wrote eight books for children about science (and she provided silly jokes). There is a link between other books as well. The next pile contains books written or translated by four women who were in my Falmouth group (Moon Hut).Today I bought a used Cornish book. I went to a meeting about the Cornish language and I got a book in the Cornish language. I saw the beach and the car-park empty in the morning and I saw them fuller in the afternoon.
