Today I took all my things out of the shed and put them on the lawn. The weather was windy, so some of the things were blown around. I found many bags of materials, remnants from making clothes and curtains. In the past I made woollen and cotton coats, jackets and skirts. In the sixties I made many miniskirts and shorts/hot pants (very economical). I need a bit more material in my old age! There is satin, silk and velvet for bridesmaid and party dresses. There are old jeans, but I never made them.
